What to expect at a Ladybug & Co Scrapbook Retreat...

We want you to have an enjoyable time and at the same time provide you with creative motivation to work without interruption.  We will ALWAYS provide you with a well lit, spacious cropping area, a great scrapbook tool station and the NEW Ladybug Snack Station!

      Space is important!  We LOVE 6' tables!  On occasion, we have had to use different sizes, but you will NEVER have less than 5' of table space for your own use!  And I will NEVER put you at a ROUND table!  I promise!

Comfortable padded seats  – perfect for all day scrapbooking!

Reserved seating at the tables.  Include all the names of your cropping buddies with your registration and we’ll reserve tables for you & your group.

Hot Scrapbooking Products:  What’s a crop without a little bit of shopping?  New Inventory arriving daily!  We also invite two vendors to every crop.  Send me an email to inquire about our vendor space!

Ladybug Freebies –  Includes papers in the theme of the retreat, customized nametag that can be used in your scrapbooks or as a bookmark, a special snack and the scrapbook product or tool of the month!

        Some meals are included with your cropping package.  We do not expect you to be able to crop for hours without food, so we’ve included simple, but filling dinners and breakfasts.  Lunch is on your own, so you can take it as a chance to stretch your legs and go get something OR you are welcome to bring a sack lunch too! 

        It wouldn't be a Scrapbook Retreat if we didn't have chocolate!  What better way to offer that to you than in the new Ladybug Snack Station!!  Unlimited M&Ms, chocolate chip cookies, goldfish, and other snacks are provided throughout the whole weekend.  And chocolate cake as a late night snack on Saturdays!  We also offer some more healthy snack options for those who are watching their waistlines... a fresh veggie tray with dip, sugar free jellos and 100 calories snack packs.

A Tool Station that includes the Sizzix diecut systems, sewing machines & laptops with a new HP wide format printer!  Yea... that means we can print on 12x12 paper!

        Cricut Station that has not only 2 original Cricut machines, but the new Cricut Expression too!  Our Cricut library has 45 cartridges, with new ones arriving on a regular basis!  Use our machines for free, we just ask that you bring your own cutting mat or you can purchase one from the Ladybug Store.  Or better yet... bring your own Cricut and check out our cartridges like a library book to use at the comfort of your own table!

        We provide electricity to every table!  So you CAN bring your Cricut or your Ott light or your laptop or whatever.  Bring a dvd player to watch a movie or listen to music while you crop, we only ask that you also bring headphones to be courteous to your neighbors.

         DOOR PRIZES!  Tons of door prizes are given away on Saturday night.
